William Henry Propp

William Henry Propp is an American historian specializing in Near-East civilizations. He studied Near Eastern languages and civilizations at Harvard University before joining the faculty at the University of California San Diego in 1983. He served as a professor in the Judaic Studies Department until his retirement in 2017.
