Wendell Steavenson

Wendell Steavenson is an American author and journalist. She was awarded a Nieman Fellowship in 2014 and a Guggenheim Fellowship in 2021. Her book Circling the Square was shortlisted for the Orwell Prize for Books in 2016, and she was a finalist for the Orwell Prize for Journalism in 2023 for her work in The Economist.
