S. Frederick Starr

S. Frederick Starr is an American academic and former president of Oberlin College. As a multifaceted professional, he is recognized as a historian, geopolitical analyst, and expert in international relations. In addition to his scholarly career, Starr is an active jazz musician and clarinetist.
