Lillian Faderman

Lillian Faderman is an American historian and author recognized for her extensive research on lesbian and LGBT history. A former professor of English at California State University, Fresno, she retired from academia in 2007 with emeritus status. Her work, which includes titles named as notable by The New York Times and The Guardian, explores the intersections of culture, literature, and history.
