Joe Brainard
Joe Brainard (1942–1994) was an American artist and writer associated with the New York School. His diverse body of work spanned assemblages, collages, drawings, and paintings, alongside designs for theatrical sets and book covers. He is noted for his innovative use of comics as a poetic medium and for his widely recognized memoir, I Remember.
