Hiroshi Sugito

Hiroshi Sugito is a contemporary Japanese painter associated with the Tokyo-Pop movement. His work specializes in Nihonga techniques, blending abstract and concrete elements to explore themes of dreams, altered realities, and childlike fantasies. Influenced by both Eastern and Western traditions, he currently serves as a Professor of Oil-Painting at the Tokyo University of the Arts.
