Gertrude Jekyll

Gertrude Jekyll was a British horticulturist, garden designer, artist, and photographer who created over 400 gardens across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States. In addition to her design work, she was a prolific writer who contributed more than 1000 articles to publications such as Country Life and The Garden. She is widely recognized as a premier influence in the field of garden design.
