Francoise Briquel Chatonnet
Françoise Briquel-Chatonnet is a French historian and research director at the CNRS, affiliated with the Orient and Mediterranean laboratory. A specialist in Semitic studies and the history of Christianity, she is a member of the Académie des inscriptions et belles-lettres. In 2016, she received the Irène-Joliot-Curie Prize for Woman Scientist of the Year.
