Francine R. Frankel

Francine R. Frankel is an American political scientist and the founding director of the Center for the Advanced Study of India at the University of Pennsylvania. An expert on Indian politics, economics, and foreign policy, she has utilized declassified documents and archival sources to analyze international relations. She also served as a fellow at the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Scholars.
