Douglas Coupland

Douglas Coupland is a Canadian visual artist, designer, and writer. Originally trained as a sculptor, he gained international recognition with his 1991 novel Generation X: Tales for an Accelerated Culture. His extensive body of work includes novels, short stories, non-fiction, and screenplays, often exploring themes of pop culture, technology, and postmodernism. He is based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
