Sister Mary Corita

Corita Kent was an American artist, designer, and educator known for her work in printmaking and graphic design. A former religious sister, she taught at Immaculate Heart College and frequently explored themes of Christianity and social justice within her art. Her diverse body of work includes paintings, prints, and postage stamp designs often associated with the pop art movement.
