Colman Andrews

Colman Andrews is an American writer and editor specializing in food and wine. A co-founder of Saveur magazine, he served as its editor-in-chief from 2001 to 2006 before working as a restaurant columnist for Gourmet. He later served as editorial director for The Daily Meal and is currently a senior editor at 24/7 Tempo. Andrews is recognized as an expert on Spanish cuisine, with a particular focus on the Catalonia region.
