Astrid Lindgren

Astrid Lindgren was a Swedish writer and screenwriter, best known for her prolific contributions to children's literature, including the Pippi Longstocking series and The Brothers Lionheart. Over her career, she authored more than 30 books and served on the editorial board at Rabén & Sjögren. Recognized as one of the world's most translated authors, she also received the Right Livelihood Award for her advocacy regarding children's rights and animal welfare.
